The United States Department of Justice has filed an Antitrust Lawsuit on the widely popular Web Searching index “Google”, following antitrust laws the D.O.J has filed a legal suit on the Corporation for violation for Trust Laws and Breaching agreement standards. They claim that Google, being a massive company with billions of users are blocking other Engines out using its tremendously large Size and broad reach across nations, and using Currency Exchange to prevent other Internet Surf index Engines from succeeding and thriving, not allowing them to put up a fair chance.

The Washington DOJ has started to take action against Google misusing and abusing its power, they have been misleading Competitors and paying more money to make sure that they stay at the top of the Web Search Index Hierarchy. The DOJ claims that the Search Giant is “Crippling the Competitive Process” and that, “American Citizens should have right to see and use other companies”, the members of the DOJ that are suing Google have requested for the Judge not to pick apart and abolish and annex their company but to sell of a portion of it to someone and choose to look at something else. Using complaints and previous suits against the Corporation the DOJ are claiming that they are misusing consumers trust and are not playing a fair game with the Competitors.

The DOJ suit is looking to become successful in selling a small portion of the Web Giant and giving the people willing to sue another engine a chance to find it; blocking out some for the unfair reach and advantage of Google, the DOJ thinks that Google They claim that “Google resisted everything” and that following up this suit would grant 3rd party engines access to reach and portions of sites. They will be prevented from taking out all the 3rd Party Companies like Yelp. The Judge involved with this case is following through, even after a Google Rep stating that the DOJ, a Federal Agency. “Does not have to votes to sue them.”

I found it difficult to source some of the sites I visited to validate the information that was listed, some of the info didn't match up with other sites.

I hope you enjoy the Presentation; leave a Comment with some Feedback.
