Making Music About camp.

WALT: Make muisic To describe school camp.

After our School camp, we were tasked with making a piece of music about what we felt our camp experience was; My video is Here!and is what I felt whilst on camp. The recording is made up of little loops of music merged into one. We had to work on it throughout the week, Having it completed by Thursday. All our individual pieces are made of a lot of the same tracks and loops.

So to clarify what my piece is about. The start is the very long (5 hour) Car trip to Picton where we got on the fairy, The drum riff. Then we got to our lodge: Classic.

And then to Tuesday. where we went to Carter's Observatory. That was the techno-funk piece; Then to Ferg's indoor rock climbing and Kayaks; Rock / Metal Genre. And funnily enough, we made music at Capital E! In the Media Lab. Then we went to H20 XTREAM Waterpark; Hip hop funk.

Wednesday's Itinerary; Our Groups went to Parliament (Beehive,) Classic and boring loops. And also did a City exploration; Explaining all the honking and car sounds. Again with the classic music at Te Papa.

Thursday: Adrenaline forest. Really getting pumped with the Death metal rock Genre. We also went to the zoo: Animal Noises. Going back to H20 XTREAM! With the smooth flowing techno. And the vomit as our trip was cut short by an incident at the pool.

Friday, The trip home. Nice and Mellow type music, Pretty classical. And the finale, The Yeah and cheering. Felt great to be home.

tl;dr: Itinerary over the week about the genres and how it coordinated with what we did.

Click Here to see our music. We went into the files on the computer; They had roughly 15,000 loops. We dragged the loops into our Music creation and merged the creation together and made our music.
