I chose to research Niger because it was one of the first on the list, I found this activity moderately easy but difficult because there was little to no Information about Niger as a country, Several sources gave me almost no Info so I had to go off on a whim. 

Niger is a country in West Africa bordering Chad and is known for poverty and Radical. extremist groups

WALT: Make and informative Presentation on a rule of the Kawa of Care

This is an aspect of the Kawa of Care which ties into anything you do, you should not be watching inappropriate videos on your Chromebook, you should not be Visiting Pornographic sites or watching 18+ Movies or looking at 18+ Photos.

WALT: Research Facts and Information correlating to Current events in the News

Today for Current Events I chose to do my Presentation on the Lake Ohau Blaze that devastated houses, land and estates around the Area, it is safe to say no one was Harmed or Killed in the Fire.

I enjoyed this activity because it was interesting to Research and the Information was Readily available to be Sourced and gathered to bring together the Presentation, What I did not like about this activity that some of the Sites gave a Complete lack of information and gave no Sources.

Summer Learning Journey W1

 Today we started our Summer Learning Journey challenge in which we had to recolour famous artworks and swap around the colours, play around with the Sandbox and mess with the Colours, here is my artwork:

I chose these Colours because I thought that they looked nicer and matched the image more than the original, for reference; here is a photo:

Current Events Covid-19 Vaccine

 

For our Current Events quiz today I chose to do some writing on the Covid-19 Vaccine by Moderna. I found this activity pretty easy to write and decorate as the News had just come out and just began producing it.

Current Events Napier Flood

 

I did this presentation about the Napier Floods for our Weekly Current Events, it just explains what happened and how it happened.

I found this easy to make because it was a simple topic and there were lots of sources that gave me information, it wasn't difficult because it was just really simple and easy.

Sportsmanship for Dummies

 

This was a Slideshow that I created showing the Values of Sportsmanship, we did this for our T-Shaped Literacy Reading activity. I made 2 slides, one had photos and a small blurb about how you can be a good sport.

I wrote a small Rap Song on the side but didn't have time to record it, I loved making the Slide and it was funny to make. I found it challenging to come up with the Lyrics to the Rap Song.
