Noah Barleywater Runs away

For our Reading activities, we have to read Noah Barleywater runs away.

The book is about a boy who runs away from his parents, it is a Fairytale, some of my favourite / weirdest parts of the story is when he picks an apple from a tree and it is rushed to the hospital. And when a dog starts talking. 

My favourite character is an old man who is inhumanly fast and speedy, he is also a puppet-maker, his puppets come to life.

I would recommend this book to an older audience as it is hard to follow and it may be confusing.
